✓ You have not tested positive for Covid-19 in the last 14 days.

Upon entry into the church, you agree to have your temperature taken and to abide by the rules listed:
✓ Have a temperature scan. Normal temperature should not exceed 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit.
✓ Wear a face covering (over nose and mouth).
✓ Practice recommended social distancing, which is at least six feet between people of different households, to the greatest extent possible.
